Hey! I’m Elisha. Cat Lover. Pieces. Control Freak. Talent manager at Bytesized Talent.
Tell us about 3 things you're responsible for in your role…
I am responsible for the overall management of our amazing influencers, from daily check ins, providing and maintaining brand deals, keeping on top of their emails and supporting their growth.
I also search for new talent to sign across all social media channels. I love finding an up and coming influencer and watching them gain support, followers and making their hobby into a career!
One of my favourite parts of my job is keeping our talent happy and connected by organizing talent days out, dinners and events.
What do you do outside of Fanbytes?
My side hustle is knitting. I started in the first lock down and am now obsessed. I own waaayyyy too many knitted hats now.
