About the role:
We are launching a new team to support clients in managing and growing their social accounts at scale - primarily on TikTok, leveraging influencers in the content creation process. The team will be responsible for identifying new trends, formats, and platform developments - implementing them in their workflows and sharing them with clients to ensure buy-in. We are looking for someone with a track record for growing multiple accounts, the ability to excite and engage clients with new ideas and concepts, as well as someone who can use data to inspire creativity.
We work with some incredible brands like the UK Government, Sony Music, Nike, Ocado, Back Market, Estée Lauder; specialising in teaching and engaging Gen Z. We already have a few clients who are looking to take up this service, so we need some really strong people in our initial phase of hires who can grow with the team and step up into leadership.
