We could not be more excited to be part of the Brainlabs family as their influencer arm. 🧠 With the planned growth trajectory we are looking to expand the team and are on the hunt for a Business Development Lead to join us.
Responsibilities will include:
Fanbytes is currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Lead. The purpose of the role will be to create new business opportunities and lead the junior business development team. The role will be reporting into our Director of New Business and the main KPI's will be qualified sales meetings and how you nurture the pipeline. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and nurturing the sales funnel to bring in new potential clients
- Managing our BDEs to outreach to key clients within our world.
- Identifying customers who have shown interest through our content then reaching out to them.
- Creating workflows and processes to ensure all our warm leads are converted
- Managing our inbound flows.
Our Ideal candidate:
- Will have 2-3 years experience generating and nurturing leads:
Creating content funnels to move cold to warm leads
Hopping on the phone with cold brands
- Experience originating ideas that have moved people from cold to hot.
- Will have experience with a CRM management system - a bonus if this is Hubspot.
- Will need to be performance and goal focused with experience working to sales targets.
- Will have experience managing 1-2 direct reports.
