About the job:
We are searching for a proven leader who can take charge of our accounts + repeat business function to help us develop into becoming a true partner to brands.
You will be working closely with members of our SLT specifically our Client Services Director + Director of New Business to elevate Fanbytes’s offering turning one off campaigns to long term partnerships.
Your focus areas:
Coaching & Development - Manage and lead the Accounts team and provide help and guidance on how to upsell, and sales tactics so that we maximise revenue from existing clients
Implementing new products - Customer lifetime value is driven by new products and services which help solve broader brand problems. You’d be working with our SLT to develop and then directly implement new products which can increase our partnership potential.
Personally Growing accounts - You will be expected to work with our Accounts team to foster new senior relationships within 2-3 of our most important clients, helping to identify and forge new longer term opportunities and partnerships and retainer deals.
Improving processes: Work with the Head of Client Services and Account Directors to finesse our processes and ways of working - both internally amongst peers and externally with clients.
These will be your metrics of success:
Repeat revenue from key accounts
Customer lifetime value
Number of retainers with our clients.
Our ideal candidate must:
Have at least 5 years of experience working within commercial teams and client services, ideally within the social media marketing industry.
Have a comprehensive understanding of how brands use social media, how they manage budgets, and their full social scope.
Be experienced in managing a team of at least 5 people; setting team targets, delivering outstanding influencer marketing campaigns and supporting the personal development of junior team members.
Have a proven track-record in sales - driving new business and account growth.
