Along with our flagship influencer programmes and marketing services, we have built a number of unique IP setting the gold standard for Gen Z media agencies, including:

  • Bytesized Talent - a talent agency exclusively managing the biggest stars on Tiktok. This allows us to build long term ambassador programs with brands
  • Bytehouse - the UK’s first ever Tiktok house which received global press as the first of its kind
  • Fanbytes Fund - a fund that runs influencer marketing campaigns for black-owned businesses using black creators seeking to elevate the voices of black and diverse creators.

Now with a team of 50, and aggressive growth plans, we are looking to expand our capabilities for creating innovative campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands. This has led to our need for two Business Development Executives to join our revenue team.

About the role:

A BDE at Fanbytes is responsible for seeking new business opportunities for the agency by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. We are looking for someone who is confident interacting with potential clients, a friendly persona and driven work ethic. There are two positions available sitting within our lifestyle and our fashion teams - you will be working with brand partnership managers in those teams who will help train you up on the Fanbytes sales process. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying key brands within our marketing funnels and initiating first contact.
  • Gathering inbound and outbound leads and working them through our predictable sales process.
  • Upselling and cross-selling existing brands on new products and ad formats.
  • Providing demos to brands of our self-service platform and being the first point of call for them. 

 

Our ideal candidate: 

  • Media or advertising experience would be a plus, whether that’s work experience or a placement.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently build out initial relationships with potential clients.
  • Creative and copywriting skills to create proposals and other commercial content.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing and prioritizing a diverse workload.
  • Obsessed with youth and pop culture – we need you to stay on top of trending memes and hashtags, and know how brands can use them to their advantage.

Location: We operate on a hybrid model and teams rotate coming in a couple of days a week.
